EVA Real Estate's development since its establishment in 2008 has been a truly remarkable journey. The fundamental vision behind our company is to be a reliable, innovative, data-driven independent consultancy firm in the real estate valuation sector. This vision has been further strengthened over time by combining EVA's customer-oriented approach with the values of transparency and professionalism.

In this journey that we started by targeting the highest standards in real estate valuation services, we have never given up being a company that produces reliable data in the sector. With our corporate identity developed on ethical values and the right business strategy, we have trained more than 300 employees in the valuation sector so far. In this respect, EVA is considered as a valuation school in our sector. 

The most important element of our work is the human factor, and by going beyond the traditional methods in the valuation sector in our country, we have offered our clients alternative perspectives such as international financial calculations and data-based sensitivity analyses. These studies have enabled our company to develop its vision together with its clients and to grow rapidly and consolidate its leadership in the sector.

This award has been an important sign that reinforces the company's superior performance in the sector and the correctness of the strategies it follows.  It is a success achieved entirely with team spirit. 

EVA has always prioritised developing innovative solutions by going beyond the traditional methods in the sector. It has created differences in valuation by offering visionary practical solutions that paved the way for the sector, from research models to calculation models, to software development at a time when there was no software in use. This innovative approach has enabled EVA to differentiate itself from its competitors in the market. 

EVA attaches great importance to real estate valuation and consultancy standards not only in Turkey but also internationally. The company has succeeded in providing quality and reliable services to its international clients by adopting globally recognised practices and methods.

Turkey's property market fluctuates from time to time due to economic uncertainties, exchange rate changes and various local factors. EVA has followed a strategic adaptation process in dealing with such challenges. 

EVA Gayrimenkul Değerleme Danışmanlık A.Ş. has succeeded in developing flexible, data-driven and client-oriented strategies in response to the fluctuations in Turkey's property market. Thanks to these strategies, the company not only coped with the challenges, but also managed to maintain its strong position in the market and maintain its leadership in the sector.

No matter how volatile the market is, it has always been preferred thanks to its customer base that knows that it is doing its job right. This has enabled it to maintain its business volume even in bad economic times in our country and in the world.

We also explain in detail the criteria on which the valuation processes are based and the methods used. This ensures that clients have a clear understanding of what to expect.

We implement strict internal control mechanisms to ensure that our valuers work free from any conflict of interest. We never provide brokerage services for property. Our valuers objectively assess the interests of the clients and provide reports. Therefore, there is no room for any manipulation or biased assessment in real estate valuation.

While carrying out all our activities, we fully comply with the legal regulations and industry standards in Turkey. We also demonstrate an ethical approach on a global scale by complying with international real estate valuation and consultancy standards (such as RICS). We are extremely sensitive about client confidentiality. We use advanced information security systems to protect our clients' personal and financial information securely. We have adopted the principle of being honest and open in all our communications. We provide accurate and reliable information to our customers and inform them in advance in case of any unfavourable situation or change. We provide all our employees and consultants with regular training on ethical values and transparency. Every stage of our activities is monitored through internal audit and control mechanisms. By meticulously implementing transparency and ethical practices in the real estate sector, we increase our reliability in the sector day by day. Each member of our team is responsible not only for their own individual success, but also for the success of our company. This understanding stands out as one of the cornerstones that reinforces Eva's leading position in the sector. The core values of the company are built on excellence, transparency and trust, and these values are clearly defined at all levels and shared with all team members. By constantly reminding our team of our vision and values, we ensure that everyone works towards the same goal. We endeavour to create an environment where everyone in the team can freely express their ideas. In this way, ideas are exchanged on an individual and group basis, and problems are quickly identified and resolved. I believe that excellence should be seen not only in individual success but also in group success, so we combine the strengths of our team members in a complementary way. We invest in the continuous development of our team. This is not only about increasing technical knowledge, but also about developing leadership skills, problem-solving abilities and co-operation capabilities. We set clear goals for our employees to achieve success. However, these goals are not only individual goals, but also team goals. It is very important that employees not only fulfil the assigned tasks, but also come up with creative solutions and take initiative.   • Looking ahead, what are EVA’s strategic goals and initiatives for the next five years? Are there plans for expansion or the introduction of new services?

The strategic goals and initiatives we have set for the next five years are built not only on strengthening in existing markets, but also on creating a greater impact globally and meeting customer needs more comprehensively.

Beyond Turkey, we aim to establish a strong presence in international markets. Globally, we observe a growing demand for our property valuation and consultancy services, particularly in emerging markets. In this context, we plan to expand into new geographies, particularly in the Middle East, Europe and Asia in the next five years. This expansion strategy will increase Eva's competitiveness in the global market and give our company more visibility in the international arena. In addition, we will further strengthen our competence in the sector through international certifications and agreements. This expansion, combined with our new service areas, digitalisation and innovation strategies, will reinforce Eva's leadership in the sector and create higher value for our customers. We aim to maximise customer satisfaction and offer the most innovative solutions in the industry by adapting to the developing technology.

  • With 26 international awards, how has global recognition influenced EVA’s operations and reputation both domestically and internationally?

The 26 international awards won by EVA Gayrimenkul Değerleme Danışmanlık A.Ş. have contributed greatly to both our company's operations and reputation. These awards have been an important milestone that reinforces EVA's leadership and excellence in the sector not only in Turkey but also worldwide. 

International awards have increased Eva's recognition in the global arena and made our brand better known around the world. These awards show that Eva is a source of trust not only locally but also internationally. Becoming a recognized brand in the global market has enabled Eva to gain more international customers and cooperation opportunities. 10. Advice to Emerging Professionals:

  • What advice would you offer to professionals aspiring to excel in the real estate valuation and consultancy industry?

The valuation sector is a rapidly changing and dynamic field. In order to be successful in this sector, I would say that you should regularly attend sectoral trainings, go to seminars and conferences, follow new literature and improve your effective communication skills.  I can also advise them to keep up to date with property law, tax regulations and local regulations.

Success in this sector requires a multi-faceted approach. Developing knowledge and skills in a wide range of areas, from ethics to technology, from communication skills to market trends, should be important for professionals in the sector. Patience, determination and continuous development should be considered as important factors for success in this field.
