This strategic move integrates Global Food Properties into Cresa's operations, enabling the firm to establish a dedicated food, ingredient, and nutrition manufacturing as well as R&D practice group. Counsell will spearhead this new division as its principal.
In a recent development, Jeffrey J. Counsell has overseen the merger of Global Food Properties with Cresa, a reputable commercial real estate firm headquartered in Chicago, specializing in locating office and manufacturing spaces for various enterprises.
With the integration of Global Food Properties into Cresa, the firm will now boast a dedicated food, ingredient, and nutrition manufacturing and R&D practice group, led by Counsell as its principal.
Counsell co-founded Global Food Properties in 2015, establishing it as a boutique real estate brokerage firm with a specific focus on food production and distribution facilities. Prior to this venture, he held positions at renowned companies such as CBRE and Trammell Crow Co.
