GOYANG, South Korea, June 4 (Reuters) - On Tuesday, African leaders and the president of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol, agreed to strengthen trade and business ties and launched a "critical minerals dialogue" to promote the sustainable use of the continent's resources.
