The new lineup aims to cater to diverse tastes and preferences, offering unique twists on classic favorites. With a focus on quality ingredients and sustainability, the range is expected to appeal to a wide audience, including health-conscious consumers and those looking for indulgent treats. This launch represents Unilever’s continued commitment to enhancing their ice cream offerings.

Unilever has revealed its ice cream offerings for 2025, presenting a diverse selection of new flavors and formats across popular brands such as Talenti, Breyers, Popsicle, Good Humor, Magnum, and Klondike.

The latest releases include bakery-inspired gelato, s’mores-themed desserts, and frozen novelties featuring popular characters.

Bentley King, head of US ice cream operations at Unilever, mentioned that the 2025 collection continues the brand’s legacy of offering high-quality frozen treats that cater to various preferences. He hinted at more exciting releases throughout the year and emphasized the company's commitment to delighting fans with innovative products.

Among the new options, Talenti Gelato Layers expands with three bakery-inspired varieties in its signature clear jar format. The chocolate chip cookie batter flavor includes chocolate chip cookie gelato, shortbread cookie pieces, cookie batter, vanilla gelato, and a chocolate cookie base.

The Italian tiramisu flavor combines mascarpone gelato, vanilla cookies, espresso chocolate fudge, cold brew coffee sorbet, and more layers of vanilla cookies. The snickerdoodle cookie option features cinnamon churro layers, snickerdoodle cookie gelato, snickerdoodle cookie batter, and vanilla gelato.

Breyers also debuts a new line, the Campfire Collection, with s’mores-inspired products. This includes toasted marshmallow and graham cracker ice cream swirled with Hershey’s milk chocolate, a s’mores bar with a toasted marshmallow core coated in chocolate and graham cracker crunch, and a s’mores sandwich with marshmallow ice cream and chocolate swirls between graham crackers.

Breyers further diversifies its offerings with a non-dairy chocolate variant made from oat milk, along with Carb Smart options like strawberry bars and rocky road. In collaboration with Good Humor, Breyers introduces a strawberry shortcake tub, featuring strawberry swirled with vanilla and cake crumbles.

Popsicle adds a fun element with character-themed frozen treats, including a Buzz Lightyear Rocket Pop with mixed berry, lime, and lemon flavors, Grogu Frozen Bars with mint and milk chocolate, and Olaf Frozen Bars with chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. The Spider-Man Ice Pop blends strawberry, blue raspberry, and lime in a superhero-shaped design, while Jolly Rancher Sours Ice Pops offer tangy versions of popular candy flavors.

Magnum enhances its premium lineup with a new chocolate ice cream bar featuring 39% cacao milk chocolate coating over vanilla bean ice cream, dipped in a cracking milk chocolate shell.

Finally, Klondike wraps up the 2025 launches with a Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake and Vanilla Chillin’ Cone Pack, offering strawberry and vanilla ice cream cones topped with cake crumbles and chocolate sauce inside crispy wafer shells.
