On Tuesday, the General Administration of Customs announced the lifting of the bird flu risk alert for Serbia. The statement indicated that the alert on highly pathogenic avian influenza in Serbia would be lifted. Additionally, separate inspection and quarantine requirements for Serbian poultry and its products exported to China will be established.
