The ranch has expanded its pastureland and improved its cattle herd, reducing the number of cattle from around 800-900 to 400, as mentioned by Beall. A land-use plan focused on regenerative practices has been implemented, including rotational grazing, tropical fruit orchards, ulu (breadfruit) planting, and the restoration of surrounding forests and watersheds.

Beall added that the ranch has opened its doors to the community by hosting rodeos and food trucks, fostering good relations with locals and benefiting from their support. The land has produced a wide range of vegetable crops, with the potential for large-scale agriculture. Hana, known as the "breadbasket of Maui," has ideal conditions for growing various crops.

Due to its vast pastureland, the property offers plenty of space to roam, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the land. The ranch is situated next to nearly 100 undeveloped acres owned by media mogul Oprah Winfrey, according to reports.

Beall described the area as an incredibly unique and beautiful location, with Hana regarded as one of the most picturesque places on Earth. The 1,828-square-foot home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, nestled on the expansive 3,547-acre property.

The property includes numerous amenities such as equestrian facilities, a rodeo arena, ranch and farm buildings, water resources like wells and storage tanks, fencing for rotational grazing, and even a helicopter landing site. Additionally, there are tropical fruit orchards, miles of ranch roads, and private trails for hiking and horseback riding.

Hana is a remote town on Maui's east side, with a tight-knit community, a hotel, restaurants, and food trucks. The ranch is accessible via the historic Hāna Highway, a short drive from the Hāna airport, or by helicopter landing directly on the property.
