Prime Minister Narendra Modi convened a high-level roundtable with top American tech CEOs, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and India’s growing tech sector during his visit to the U.S. Held at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel and hosted by MIT's School of Engineering, the meeting featured leaders from sectors like AI, quantum computing, semiconductors, and biotechnology.

Prominent attendees included Sundar Pichai (Google), Jensen Huang (Nvidia), and Shantanu Narayen (Adobe). PM Modi shared the discussion on X (formerly Twitter), highlighting India’s strides in technology and the optimism surrounding the country’s potential. He also emphasized India’s 'AI for All' policy and commitment to responsible AI use, while reassuring CEOs of intellectual property protection and a supportive innovation environment.

The roundtable explored investment opportunities in India’s growing startup ecosystem, encouraging U.S. companies to participate in technological advancements. MIT Professor Anantha Chandrakasan, who chaired the session, acknowledged the contributions of PM Modi and the CEOs, reiterating MIT’s dedication to fostering global technology collaborations.
